This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the use of the nuens.ru website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) by visitors and users of the Website.

By using the Website, the User confirms that they have read this Agreement and accept its terms to the extent applicable to their use of the Website.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The nuens.ru Website is an informational resource providing information about furniture, interior items, lighting and other own-produced products offered by the Seller.

1.3. This Agreement governs the use of the Website, including viewing the information published on it and submitting Inquiries to obtain information about Products and agree on the possible terms of their purchase.

2. Key Terms

2.1. Website means the internet website located at nuens.ru, including its pages, materials, images, product catalogs and functional elements.

2.2. User means any person viewing or otherwise using the Website.

2.3. Product means furniture, interior items, lighting and other own-produced products offered by the Seller, information about which is published on the Website.

2.4. Inquiry means a User's request submitted through a form on the Website to obtain information about a Product and agree on the possible terms of its purchase.

3. Use of the Website

3.1. The User may freely browse the information published on the Website, view the Products presented and submit Inquiries using the forms provided on the Website.

3.2. When using the Website, the User agrees to:

not use the Website for purposes that violate the laws of the Russian Federation;

4. Product Information

4.2. Product images displayed on the Website may differ from the actual appearance of a Product depending on display settings, lighting conditions, photographic characteristics and other circumstances.

4.3. Some Products may be made to order or may be available in different material, size, finish and configuration options.

4.4. Product availability, the possibility of manufacturing, configuration and manufacturing times are clarified when processing an Inquiry.

4.5. The price displayed on the Website, where provided for a particular Product, is for informational purposes until the terms of the order are agreed with the Buyer, unless otherwise expressly stated on the Website or in an agreement concluded between the parties.

4.6. If the characteristics, materials, dimensions, finish, configuration or other individual parameters of a Product are changed, the final price may differ from the price indicated in the catalog.

4.7. Information published in the catalog does not by itself constitute a contract and does not mean that the Seller undertakes to transfer a Product on the terms indicated in the catalog, unless otherwise expressly stated on the Website or in an agreement concluded between the parties.

5. Submission of Inquiries

5.1. The User may submit an Inquiry concerning a Product using the form available on the Website.

5.2. Submission of an Inquiry does not automatically constitute a sales contract and does not constitute confirmation of an order by the Seller.

5.3. After receiving an Inquiry, the Seller contacts the User using the contact details provided by the User to clarify the terms of the potential purchase.

5.4. During communication, the parties may agree on:

the specific Product;
the quantity of Products;
specifications and configuration;
materials and finish options;
dimensions and other individual parameters;
the final price;
manufacturing times;
delivery method and cost;
payment method;
other order terms.

5.5. The sales contract is concluded between the parties in accordance with the procedure and terms determined by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation and the agreements reached between the parties.

5.6. The Seller may request additional information from the User that is necessary to arrange and fulfil the order.

6. Price and Payment

6.1. The price of a Product may be displayed on the Website or communicated to the User after the Inquiry has been processed.

6.2. The final price of a Product is determined taking into account the selected specifications, materials, dimensions, finish, configuration, individual parameters, delivery terms and other conditions agreed between the parties.

6.3. The payment procedure and payment deadlines are agreed between the parties when the order is arranged.

6.4. As of the date of publication of this Agreement, the Website does not provide the ability to make online payments for Products directly.

7. Delivery

7.1. Products are delivered by prior agreement between the Seller and the Buyer.

7.2. The delivery method, timeframe, destination and cost are agreed separately for each order.

7.3. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, delivery costs are not included in the Product price displayed in the catalog.

7.4. The possibility of delivery outside the Russian Federation is determined individually depending on the Product, destination country, transportation method and other circumstances.

8. Order Cancellation, Returns and Other Buyer Rights

8.1. The Buyer's rights regarding the return or exchange of Products, withdrawal from a contract and claims concerning Product defects are determined by the laws of the Russian Federation.

8.2. Product return and exchange terms may not restrict consumer rights granted under the laws of the Russian Federation.

8.3. Products manufactured according to individual specifications or possessing individually defined characteristics are subject to the special rules established by the laws of the Russian Federation.

8.4. The specific procedure for returning a Product or submitting a claim is determined taking into account the nature of the Product, the grounds for the claim and the terms of the agreement concluded between the parties.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. All materials published on the Website, including texts, photographs, images, graphic elements, design, logos, collection names and other materials, may constitute intellectual property.

9.2. Use of Website materials is permitted only within the limits established by the laws of the Russian Federation.

9.3. Copying, reproduction, publication, distribution or commercial use of Website materials without the prior consent of the rights holder is prohibited, except where expressly permitted by law.

13. Amendments to the Agreement

13.2. A new version of the Agreement enters into force upon its publication on the Website unless otherwise provided by the new version.

13.3. The current version of the Agreement is permanently available on the Website.

14. Applicable Law

14.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

14.2. Relations between the Seller and the Buyer are subject to the laws of the Russian Federation on consumer protection where such relations fall within their scope.

14.3. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
