This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) sets out the procedures for the processing and protection of personal data of users of the nuens.ru website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

The Policy has been developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”, other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data, and applies to personal data received by the Operator directly from Website users.

The following key terms are used in this Policy:

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

4.1. Processing Inquiries

For the purposes of:

  • receiving and registering an Inquiry;
  • contacting the User;
  • clarifying the characteristics, materials, dimensions and other parameters of the selected product;
  • checking product availability and the possibility of manufacturing the product;
  • agreeing on the price;
  • agreeing on manufacturing times;
  • agreeing on delivery terms, including the method and cost of delivery;
  • agreeing on the payment method;
  • answering the User's questions;
  • further arranging an order and concluding an agreement between the parties.

4.2. Sending Service Communications

The User's contact details may be used to send messages directly related to their Inquiry.

In particular, after submitting an Inquiry, the User may receive a confirmation that the Inquiry has been received and a message informing them that the Operator will contact them to clarify the terms.

Such messages are service communications intended to process the User's request and are not advertising communications.

4.3. Keeping Records of Inquiries and Performing Agreements

Personal data may be processed to maintain a history of Inquiries and requests, monitor their processing, and perform agreements concluded with the User.

4.4. Website Security

Personal data and technical information may be processed to the extent necessary to ensure Website security, prevent abuse, fraudulent activity and unauthorized access.

4.5. Compliance with Legal Requirements

5.3. Consent is provided freely, voluntarily and in the User's own interest.

5.4. If the User does not provide consent, the relevant Inquiry cannot be processed where such processing is necessary for its consideration.

5.5. In cases provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation, personal data may be processed without separate consent where another lawful basis permits such processing.

6. Personal Data Processing Procedure

6.1. The Operator processes personal data using the following methods:

  • collection;
  • recording;
  • systematization;
  • storage;
  • updating;
  • use;
  • transfer;
  • extraction;
  • blocking;
  • deletion;
  • destruction;
  • other actions necessary to achieve the stated purposes of processing.

6.2. Processing may be carried out using automated processing tools.

6.3. Inquiry data is stored in the Website's information system and used by the Operator to process the User's request.

6.4. Access to personal data is granted only to persons who require such access to process Inquiries and perform their respective duties.

7. Transfer of Personal Data

7.1. The Operator does not sell Users' personal data or provide it to third parties for their independent use for advertising purposes without an appropriate legal basis or the User's separate consent.

7.2. For the purposes of processing an Inquiry, certain personal data may be transferred to persons and services involved in maintaining the Website and processing Inquiries.

7.3. In particular, information from an Inquiry may be used to generate notifications to the Operator about new Inquiries through the messaging service used by the Operator.

7.4. The User's contact details may be used to send service communications by email through the email provider or other technical service used by the Operator.

7.5. When engaging third parties to process personal data, the Operator takes the necessary measures to ensure compliance with the requirements of the laws of the Russian Federation on personal data.

7.6. Personal data may be transferred to government authorities and other persons in cases provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation.

8. Storage of Personal Data

8.1. Personal data is stored in information systems used by the Operator to process Inquiries and communicate with Users.

8.2. The Operator takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, provision, dissemination and other unlawful actions.

8.3. Personal data is stored for no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes of its processing, unless a different retention period is established by the laws of the Russian Federation or contractual relationships.

8.4. Once the purposes of processing have been achieved, personal data is subject to destruction or anonymization unless there are other lawful grounds for its further processing and storage.

  • challenge the actions or omissions of the Operator in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Russian Federation.

11. Withdrawal of Consent

11.1. The User has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data.

11.2. To withdraw consent, the User must send a corresponding request to:

11.3. The request should preferably include the name and contact details used when submitting the Inquiry so that the Operator can identify the relevant record.

11.4. Upon receiving a request to withdraw consent, the Operator ceases processing the personal data unless there are other lawful grounds for continuing such processing.

11.5. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

12. Cookies and Technical Information

12.1. When visiting the Website, technical information necessary for its proper operation may be processed automatically.
